Alicia Humphreys

Part Time Admin

Alicia Humphreys is a fourth-year Kinesiology student at Queen’s University in Kingston. She is currently gaining hands-on experience in active rehabilitation, helping patients improve their strength, mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy.

Alicia grew up playing competitive hockey and gymnastics, which sparked her passion for understanding how the body moves and performs.



Outside of her academic and clinical work, Alicia stays active year-round. In the winter, she enjoys snowboarding, and in the summer, she loves spending time on the water, going on long walks with her dog, and maintaining her fitness routine.
