What our clients say about Emma

"Working with Emma has completely transformed my health and athletic performance. I initially sought her help for running injuries, but she taught me not only how to run safely and efficiently, but also how to stay healthy and perform my best both in and out of sport. Emma has an incredible ability to break down your form, identify the small mechanics that cause issues, and help you build confidence along the way. She is personable, relatable, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Emma; she’s been a crucial part of my journey back to running and continues to support my growth as an athlete and a person. I am honoured to say Emma is part of my support team and I hope you can too."
