Kelly is the heart of the front desk at The Right Move Physiotherapy, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both patients and staff. With a natural flair for organization, problem-solving, and creating a warm, welcoming environment, she plays a vital role in the clinic’s day-to-day operations.

Though she doesn’t come from a traditional administrative background, Kelly has built a wealth of hands-on experience, managing appointments, assisting with billing, and helping the clinic function efficiently, all with her signature calm and can-do attitude. Her background in childcare shaped her strengths in multitasking, staying organized, and connecting with people on a personal level, skills she now uses every day to support both patients and colleagues.
